Molded-Oil™ Bearings are lubricated with NSK’s original oil-impregnated material and are suitable for water and dust-contaminated environments in standard atmosphere. The bearings are environmentally friendly, being them self lubricated with very small quantities of oil slowly seeping from the Molded-Oil™ material, thus minimizing oil leakage. Stainless steel versions allow the use of these bearings in corrosive environments. Also available for high speed applications.

Maintenance free Needle Roller Bearings CAPILUBE serie characterises the IKO´s innovative lubrication technology applied to bearings: it consists of thermosetting solid lubricant wrapping the rollers in the bearing space. As the bearing rotates, the oil from the ultra high molecular weight polyolephine resin, oozes out onto the raceway in proper quantity, keeping the lubrication performance for a long period of time.
