Bianchi Industrial and Nilos Ring

Pressed metal rings by Nilos represent the best solution, throughout the world, for guaranteeing a simple, compact seal for roller bearings. They protect bearings when it is necessary to maintain grease within the rolling track.

Choosing the correct NILOS ring and assembling it correctly can reduce design costs and expenditure resulting from potential maintenance operations at a later date.

The installation of a universal seal system, which can be used in various operating conditions and in the presence of different bearings (rotation speed), is the ideal solution for meeting customer requirements. Our sealing systems have been tested extensively and include a wide range of NILOS rings.

The standard NILOS rings are produced using special rolled strips of galvanised steel. Stainless steel NILOS rings can be made on request.
